Primal Performance Series EZ Supercurl Bar
The Primal Performance Series Olympic Supercurl EZ bar is designed with a deep "U" shape at the centre grip of the bar allowing an additional neutral grip curl or "hammer" curl with palms facing inwards. The Primal Performance Series Supercurl EZ Curl Bar also has a shallow cambered or "W" shape, so that both your close and wide grip curls are slightly angled, putting less strain on elbow joints during bicep curls. The multitude of grip options also provide the choice for a number of tricep exercise variations. The knurled grip is 28mm with medium knurling.
