How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment usually takes 5-7 business days. Larger freight items like power racks may require an additional 2-3 days for specialized handling.
What is your return policy on supplements?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and sealed supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Primal Strength ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Are your weight plates sold in pairs or individually?
Most of our bumper plates and cast iron plates are sold in pairs unless explicitly stated as a 'Single Plate' or 'Full Set' in the product description.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Primal Strength hardware, including barbells and benches, comes with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failure.
